Guangzhou Soldier Acrobatic


Founded in 1951, Soldier Acrobatic Troupe represents the highest level of Chinese acrobatic art. The Troupe has visited more than 60 countries and regions all over the world and served as cultural ambassador accompanying Chinese leaders’ foreign visits. The Troupe performed at the Opening Ceremony of Beijing Olympics, Women World Conference in Beijing, and Shanghai APEC Summit, which received applause and cheers from domestic and foreign audiences. Since its establishment, Soldier Acrobatic Troupe has received 280 awards for its 141 pieces of programs, including 47 first Golden Prize, 3 Monaco “Golden Clown” Prize, 3 French Presidential Prize, 2 gold medals of the First Golden Lion Prize of the National Acrobatic Contest of China, and 3 “Wenhua Great Prize,” the highest honor to Chinese artists.
